erm...i think it may be ur connection speed or ur internet settings? because I apparently am able to go to the site...
for firewall, jus check that u allow all Java applets and Active X applets...but only for that site lah if not u kana 'attack' then I can't help le...
or, ur connection speed? I hope u r using BroadBand and not dial-up...but that shuldn't be the problem to load the website only for the download part...
well, lastly, check ur Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox/Safari or wadeva that u view web pages...check the Settings or Tools...see if there's any option that blocks this or that blah blah blah...
(Note: OF COURSE, u would need to click on "[ Download the file now ]" link...though it's quite camouflaged...it's not going to auto-download...) |

btw im using starhub broadband, so should not have prob? u look at under your type website address there (url)...there should hav sumthing tat says...click or wat de to allow active X...sumthing like tat.....normally should hav tat kind of pop up |
