Negative comments are ok, as long as they do not insult or are personal attacks directed at the person. Such remarks are unconstructive and will be removed.

yah, personal attacks and criticisms are out of the way... if they are only to put on comments, they should mind their words... especially when we have postings on, cuz words written all black and white on.. Wink

although negative comments are ok but somtimes it will make her lose all her confident n wifout it u can't accomplish anything...
