For your information, I took the initiative and wrote the below letter to the Principal of CHIJ KC and hope to make the below-mentioned arrangements just to make Teresa happy on her birthday.

Whatever the outcome of my conversation with Ms Lam later in the afternoon today, I just want to try to do something constructive to make it a happy occasion for Teresa. Hope it will succeed.

Dear Ms Lam,

My name is Sean Ho. I am writing on behalf of eager members of teresatseng.com fanclub, a modest yahoo group fanclub for one of your students, Teresa Tseng, the Female Champion for Campus Superstar 2006. This email is a sincere request for your kind permission to allow one representative from the fanclub to present a birthday bouquet of flowers to Teresa Tseng on the 19 October 2006 (Thursday) within your school campus.

In order to prevent minimal disruption to the daily operations of your school, what I have in mind is that the representative will just present the birthday bouquet of flowers, take a few photographs or a short 3-minute videotape with Teresa Tseng (to allow Teresa Tseng to convey her thanks to the fanclub) and leave your school premises immediately afterwards.

I will be making a direct phone call to your school on 16 October 2006 (Monday) around 1330hrs to try and make contact with you personally and see if such an arrangement is possible. For your information, this proposed action is without the prior knowledge or permission by Teresa Tseng herself.

I fully understand that such a request is rather unusual for your school but I hope you can allow the representative to make the bouquet presentation to your student because it is the wish of avid supporters in the fanclub (both students as well as members of the public) of Teresa Tseng to pass her their representative birthday gift on that day.

By now, Ma'am should realize that Teresa Tseng has become not just a healthy campus icon for your prestigious school but she is also a shining student example for many non-CHIJ KC students and members of public, even as far as an inspirational figure for many singers-to-be in the local music and entertainment scene.

A kind gesture from you to permit the bouquet presentation from the fanclub can only further demonstrate the graciousness of CHIJ KC in accepting sincere accolades for a promising student from both within the school as well as from the members of public.

About the birthday bouquet for Teresa:

So far, Chengsong and Samantha have inclined towards Noel Gifts and I have visited their hand bouquet selections (see the link provided below). I am thinking of a hand bouquet between the budget of SGD80 to SGD105.
